In April 2021 we got into an agreement to purchase a mixed use property in Belleville, ON. We had to request 3 extension to try and get a mortgage for the property, it seemed difficult to get it. We had lost hope after nearly 3 months as well as the seller was not willing to give another extension. Ultimately, we were introduced to Valentino Nunes Mortgage Agent as someone who is able to help in difficult situation like this. Within 15 days he was able to secure a mortgage for us to close the deal.

His persistence and knowledge has helped us all this time to not only close the deal but to better the opportunity with his profound experience as an investor himself in real estate, which has now after a year or so he has been able to refinance the loan and been able to get a higher LTV and a lower interest rate when the mortgage rates are going up every month. This has added value to this investment with little money of ours now in this project. This project now is significantly cash flowing.
